Connect sources

Start your analysis by uploading your user feedback or connecting a source from which Kraftful can periodically collect your feedback.

Our integrations include popular platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, App Reviews, G2, Trustpilot, Intercom, Zendesk, Front, Hubspot, Helpscout, Slack, Discord, Fireflies, Fathom, Delighted, Dovetail, and more. You can also use Zapier for additional integrations.

If you have feedback in CSV or DOCx formats, you can easily upload these documents to Kraftful. Additionally, you can copy and paste text into Kraftful for quick analysis.

Analyze feedback

Once you’ve connected your sources, Kraftful automatically collects and analyzes your feedback every day, providing you with a list of actionable insights.

Invite your team

Invite your team members to Kraftful to collaborate on feedback analysis. Team members will have the same access controls as you do. They can access shared insights, add new sources for analysis, set up surveys and user interviews, and contribute to projects.

Select a language

Kraftful supports multiple languages, allowing you to analyze feedback from a global audience. Select your preferred language in the side menu, and all feedback will automatically be translated.

Create a survey

Leverage Kraftful’s AI to generate surveys based on past user feedback or new topics. Create NPS or other types of surveys manually, or let our AI suggest questions for you.

Start an AI-powered user interview

Kraftful can conduct personal interviews with multiple users in minutes. All you need to do is select the starting questions. Kraftful AI will generate personalized follow-up questions based on user responses.

Upgrade

Kraftful offers a $15 Pro plan that saves 59 hours per year analyzing 850,000 words.

If you need to analyze much more data, you can upgrade to a Team plan at $300 to analyze 18 million words and save 1,261 hours per year of manual review.

Both paid plans can be canceled at any point.
