How to analyze your user feedback in Kraftful.
Once you have connected your sources of feedback, Kraftful will periodically collect and analyze it:
Kraftful processes the feedback to generate actionable lists of insights that depend on the source.
Support tickets are analyzed to show you:
All other sources are analyzed to show you:
When you upload CSV or DOCX files, you can also select alternative analysis types like SWOT, Empathy Map, or the 4 Whats analysis.
If you pick one analysis type, you will need to re-upload the file if you also want to analyze that data with another analysis type.
Select one or many sources to view all the insights, and use Kraftful’s advanced filtering options to drill down into specific insights and focus on the most relevant information.
You can sort insights by:
You can also filter your insights by:
For each insight, you can see how many times it was mentioned in a source. Click on the mentions count to read the original user feedback verbatim and learn more context about how the issue came up in the feedback.
Beyond the auto-generated insights, you can ask specific questions about your feedback and chat with the body of feedback to dive deeper, even generating custom documentation based on the insights.
When you start typing in the Ask AI field, you will see some example questions that you can ask.
Make sure to select only one source at a time to access the Ask AI field.
Each insight shows the date it was generated in the ‘Generated at’ column, helping you easily identify recent insights compared to what you saw last time in Kraftful.
If you’re viewing insights from ‘All’ timeframes in your date selector, the ‘Generated at’ column will also indicate whether each insight is based on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly feedback. Since each day is included in its corresponding week, month, quarter, and year, you might see duplicate insights under ‘All.’ If you do, it indicates that the issue was not only significant on a daily basis but also remained relevant over a longer period.
The same issue can also be reported on multiple days. In such cases, you’ll see an insight for each day within the timeframe you’re studying.
To view insights based on a specific duration, such as Daily or Weekly feedback, simply select that timeframe in the date selector.
Yearly, Quarterly, or Monthly feedback provides a broader overview of user sentiment over a longer period. While these insights are less granular due to the larger volume of feedback, you can still delve into the details by clicking on mentions and reading specific user quotes.
In contrast, Daily and Weekly insights offer a more granular view, allowing you to detect changes in user feedback day-to-day, especially in response to product launches or other events.
